Maegan is located in Irvine, CA, and is available for weddings, funerals, and other special events in Southern California.

 

If you’re looking for an experienced, professional pianist who is passionate about bringing gorgeous music to your event, you’ve come to the right place. Maegan has a Bachelor of Arts in music, specializing in piano, and has been performing for over twenty years. Her experience includes weddings, funerals, accompanying choirs and soloists, performing for retirement communities, Christmas parties, and more. She has been teaching piano for 14 years.

Event Pricing

Weddings: starting at $400

Performances for Retirement + Assisted Living Communities: $75 per half hour.

Parties: Starting at $300 for a minimum of 2 hours, $125 per hour after.

Funerals: Starting at $150 for up to 1 hour, $100 per hour after.

Travel rates apply: the first 20 miles are free, then $0.30 per mile up to 100 miles from Irvine, CA.

Weddings

Maegan is the perfect musician to work with, whether you want a hands-on approach to your music or you just want her to take charge. She is delighted to collaborate with other musicians as well, to make your day everything you ever imagined. Maegan is committed to making your already crazy planning process as simple as possible with straightforward pricing, listed clearly here on her website… because she knows that’s what you’re really looking for!

Maegan starts at a base price of $400 per ceremony.

$175 deposit due to reserve dates, refundable up to 4 months before the ceremony. The remaining amount is due 1 month before the ceremony and is non-refundable. Any add-ons are refundable at any time.

This includes:

  • 1 video chat + 1 in-person planning meeting, unlimited text + email

  • Your choice of musical style, listed below

  • 20-minute prelude

  • Processional (Your choice)

  • Up to 5 songs within the ceremony (your choice)

  • Recessional (Your choice)

  • 10-minute postlude

Add ons:

  • The first 20 miles are free, then $0.30 per mile up to 100 miles from Irvine, CA.

  • $150 to attend the rehearsal.

  • $125 to collaborate with other musicians (1 extra rehearsal).

  • $125 per hour for cocktail hour, extended prelude/postlude, and reception.

Other Events

Performances for Retirement + Assisted Living Communities: $75 per half hour.

Seasonal, classical, pop music or movie themes from a particular decade(s), hymns & spirituals - or all of the above! Maegan would love to play whatever you think your residences would enjoy the most. Special requests must be made ahead of time.

Parties: Starting at $300 for a minimum of 2 hours, $125 per hour after.

Funerals: Starting at $150 for up to 1 hour, $100 per hour after.
